Hotel Facilities
Keeping in mind the local surroundings of Medieval Bunratty, the hotel was designed with an elegant and traditional theme throughout. It???s ideally situated for Leisure and Business guests alike, with conference facilities for up to 1200 delegates and a fully equipped Leisure Centre with an Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Steamroom, Sauna, Gym and Ravens Hair & Beauty Salon. (03.07 TM) This is a traditional low rise building that has been carefully designed to fit in with Bunratty's charming environment. The surrounding landscape is particularly attractive. The hotel is just 9 kms from Shannon airport and 15kms from Limerick. It is situated in its own wooded grounds and is next to Bunratty castle. |

The Bunratty Shannon Shamrock is quite proximal to Shannon airport and very close to Bunratty Castle. Accommodations are a little distressed, but overall there was a very comfortable atmosphere. Traditional full Irish breakfast did not leave one wanting. |

Our hotel stay started out with two separate problems with our room. Because of this we were moved to another room, which turned out to be an upgrade. Service and staff was very accomodating. Good location to the Bunratty Castle and Folk Park. Not too far off main highway. Good restaurant selection on site, as well as access to internet, both important features to us. |
