This hotel was not bad, friendly staff, quiet hotel. The only thing was the room. The room we were in was evidently one of the new (old smoking rooms) that had been converted to non-smoking. The room did not smell smokey at all, however, when we got home and unpacked, everything wreaked of cigarette smoke, so I had to wash everything. Also the wallpaper was peeling off the wall above the air conditioner and there was obvious mold on the wall. Also the room was very damp feeling. My sugges |

There are many options in this area for hotels. This hotel was clean, comfortable and a good value. We were not looking for a hotel that we were going to spend much time in, but a good, safe place to spend the night. We were plesently surprised when the price was LOWER than expected. |

The girl at the check-in counter was not very friendly, but other employees seemed nice. The room was clean, but the location was not great for the casino. |

The Comfort Suite was great place to stay. Though the king size bed was a little hard, the extra pillows made it comfortable. Outside the balcony was a view of the town and mountanins and Christmas lights. The Casino was only a few minutes and away. Maggie Valley and Bryson was only 10-15 miles away. Would like to go back in warmer weather. |
