The Holiday Inn in Cherokee, NC was located in a good area near all the attractions we wanted. However thebeds were very uncomfortable, the hot tub water was brown and the indoor pool was very cold. That is why I Chose the hotel for my children to have someting to do when they were back at the hotel. On our first day at the hotel, we had no hot water. Our room was only cleaned once during a three day stay and when we needed extra towels we had to scrounge for them.. Even having to track down

the amenities were great but the room was a let down. It looked like they head put a matdown in the tub over were another mat had been but it was not as big so there was a lot of glue or something around it. I surely did not sat in it, It had dust on TV and Clock like it had not been dusted in a while . I did not like the double beds they are not hardly big enough for 2 people. I did like the location and the amenities. It had 2 pools and h1 hot tub and also had a playground for kids that was ne

This was my first stay in Cherokee, NC. The location was extremely good. The fall decorations on the outside of the hotel was very beautiful and the area was very clean and inviting. The indoors was decorated in Indian fashion and was very intersting and appealing. The check in person was a little slow and did not seem too knowledgeable, but maybe she was new at her job. All in all I would definetly recommend the hotel to my friends or anyone else interested in visiting the area.

Holiday Inn Cherokee was very nice. For the price, it was very plesant. My girlfriend and I had a nice time. The hotel is less than a mile away from the casino. The jacuzzi was nice and the indoor pool was also pleasant. The only thing was the temperature in the room. The heat made it hotter, and without the heat it would get cold, so there was no comfortable temperature. But overall I was very satisfied with this hotel. Breakfast at our room door was also a plus.
