My review of Playa Grande Resort
The La Playa grand hotel and grounds were beatiful. The spa, fitness center, and mini-golf were all 1st class. The 1-bedroom / 2 bath was large enough for 5 adults to stay comfortably. Everything looked new and the tilework was amazing. Most rooms have a great view from the balcony(ies) The kitchen definately saved some money by being able to cook meals from the room but no oven and no laundry facilities in the room. The resort had a few medicre restaurants that seemed overpriced. The pool

Been There Done That
This was my first trip to Cabo. I did not fish so I was interested in other activities especially the resort. The hotel is in an excellent location - a 10 minute walk to the Marina and 20 minutes from downtown. The hotel is very upscale and nicely decorated. The staff was very anxious to please. However the prices were outrageous and you could not get a pool towel without someone trying to sell you a time share. The food was expensive and not good. The price of the room was high enough to expect

Great Vacation
This was a GREAT hotel. I planned this trip for 6 people and everyone loved it. The guys did some fishing while the girls enjoyed the many pools, swim up bar, and had a massage. They have child friendly activities by the pool as well as adults only pool and spa. Something for everyone. The pool waiter was great, whatever you needed he got it. All of our rooms had pool and ocean view. I will stay here agian and i will bring my kids next time. Very safe.

Great location
The Playa Grande is in a fabulous location -- close enough to downtown to walk yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The beach is beautiful, relatively secluded, and uncrowded.
