They have a nive pool with bad customer service/ front desk never answers and when ask to speak to manager he never returned the call. I was dissapointed in the room maintenance and will not be stay there in the future.

The Hotel has to sections, one that is the old one and a renovotated area, if you are lucky and and installed in the new area is fine, but if not...bad news....also the hotel is very busy and normally at full capacity so there is a little space to negotiate a room change.
