The convenient location to the airport was a plus, as well as the newness of the facility. Breakfast was understaffed and had only one waitress serving all of the tables. She forgot some of our order but we could understand the position she was in. She was pleasant and courteous. Food was mediocre. Front desk staff misled us about the hotel van service to airport and indicated we would have enough time to get our 6:00 a.m. flight with the courtesy van. When we arrived in the morning of o |

The Holiday Inn Colorado Springs (Airport) was comfortable. It was very hot in the room the first day we arrived, but subsequent days it was comfortable (thermometer might have accidentally got turned up when cleaning). The business center allowed us to check email w/out having to bring a laptop with. The room was comfortable with great ammenities & I liked the layout of the bathroom with a separate toliet room from the shower. The Bar Staff in the hotel bar was very hospitable and nice. Would r |

We had a great stay away from it all. Our room was very clean,the shower was a little different, but we liked the set up. We stayed on the east side of Colorado Springs for the first time, but found it easy to get to all the attractions in town. Yes we would do it again! |

I found the Holiday Inn to be very well kept and clean. The size of the room was very comfortable. I was very comfortable overall, and enjoyed my stay in Colorada Springs. The food was great in the restaurant (in the lobby). The staff was very friendly for the most part. |

We had an early morning flight from the Colorado Springs airport which made this an excellent location for "the night before". The room was nice, and we really liked the fact that the television was in a corner cabinet, which made the room feel much more spacious. The Business Center was available to us at no extra cost which made it easy for us to print and to check our e-mail. The restaurant was okay, but not great. We had to leave too early to get our complimentary breakfast. |
