The Knights Inn Columbus North had been my hotel of choice for my annual trip to Columbus. After my most recent stay I will be looking for a new hotel. To start with they had no microwave in the room. When asked about it they said they dont have them.Also no cups or ice bucket were ever in the room. The toilet was plugged and it took 45 minutes for them to find a plunger. On my second night the room was never serviced beds not made, no fresh towels.
