This is a tired old motel in a less desirable section of town. No good restaurants close by. Furniture in rooms was mismatched...bedcovers worm & tired. No continental breakfast. I would not stay at this facility again when there are more desirable hotels even closer to the airport.

Hotel is located in a residential neighborhood and there are basically no facilities around. The Hotel offers Continental breakfast but no other lunch or dinner facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the location is very dissapointing.

Ramada was nice, although not a lot of restaurants n the area to eat. Very accessible to the columbus Airport - about 6 minutes..... rooms were clean

The Ramada Inn East Columbus was found to be in poor repair. The carpets were dirty. As I pulled up to the front of the hotel, the neighborhood was just a littel unnerving for a single woman travelling alone. I was uncomfortable all night frequently checking the locks. The bathroom floor was tiled but the grout extremly unclean, prompting me to not take off shoes. On a good note, they had a microwave and small fridge.

The room I was initially checked into had a malfunctioning air conditioner that failed to cool the room and had dampened a large portion of the carpet, resulting in a very moldy odor. When I asked for a room change, the staff initially tried to suggest that I had set the AC incorrectly. I insisted on a new room and was taken to one that was completely satisfactory.

The accommendations were fair and the customer service was very good. I thought that the hotel was closer to the airport then it was. The hotel was older then I though, other then that all went well.
