The Columbus Westin was very nice. The rooms were very small. The staff was friendly and we did enjoy our stay, but were very cramped.

The Westein was very comfortable. The check in was excellent and helpful. I would have liked to see a shuttle service to and from the convention center.

The room was suprisingly small without a desk. The decor was lovely and homey but my clothing and two suitcases barely fit in the closet, and there was harly space to set up the ironing board. Also when I woke in the morning by the room alarm, I realized the clock in the room was set 1 HR and 15 Minutes behind, so when I thought I was waking myself up at 8 am, I was really waking myself at 9:15. This posed a problem for work punctuality. All in all, the hotel was quiet and comfortab

Check in was fine. Room was very small. I could not even hang 4 shirts in my closet because the safe was in the wall. Closet was 28 inches wide. Both lamps did not work because the receptacle was bad. I was charged for parking each night but had no car. The manager did give me a larger room but it was such a hassle.

I had planned a special get-away weekend for my husband and I so we were really looking forward to it. When we arrived the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was small but nice. The refrigerator in the room did not work and we were not able to rent any movies the entire weekend for some reason. That was disappointing. The restaurant was very nice and the staff was also very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good! The bar was very attractive and the staff again, was
