Hotel Facilities

Mina A' Salam or 'The Harbour of Peace' was the first grand boutique hotel of Madinat Jumeirah to be completed, located along one kilometre of private beachfront adjacent to Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Burj Al Arab and Wild Wadi Water Park and featuring 292 rooms and suites. With its unique shape and omnipresent wind towers, this graceful, sand-coloured property heralds a step back in time, yet modern facilities and luxurious interiors provide a destination of unrivalled qualities.

Guest rooms at Mina A' Salam are a minimum of 50m nd feature a private balcony with uninterrupted views of the azure Arabian Gulf and large bathrooms with rain showers. In keeping with the overall resort theme, the rooms are dominated with a rich Arabian style; natural dark wood finishes, antique furnishings and exquisite detailing, in addition to integral arches, which define the dressing area and provide added privacy and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The hotel has imaginative pool areas at the front of the hotel that open onto the private beach. The service is exceptional; fresh fruit arrives in your room daily, sheets and towels are changed daily and in the evening, candles are lit in your bathroom and towels folded into animal shapes on your bed.

In the evenings you have a choice of around 40 restaurants, cafes and bars within the resort itself. Those located at Mina A' Salam itself include all day international buffet restaurant Al Muna and The Wharf seafood restaurant, as well as several bars and cafes.

Mina A' Salam forms part of the Madinat Jumeirah resort along with Al Qasr hotel and Dar Al Masyaf summer houses. All three components share the luxurious Talise Spa, The Quay Health Club, Sinbad's Kid's Club, private beach facilities and magnificent views of the Burj Al Arab and the Arabian Gulf. At the centre of the resort complex is the authentic Souk with 75 boutique-style open-shuttered shops and intimate galleries, restaurants, cafes and bars. A series of waterways link all resort areas which are serviced by abras (water taxis); guests can also stroll from one resort area to another along the meandering pathways through the gardens, or alternatively use one of the many buggies available.
