Based on my previous experience with Red Lion Inns, I expected a good quality facility with good service. The hotel room I stayed in was extremely run down, it looked awful and the comfort was marginal.

In the room The heater blower is very noise. The ice machine was broken and I needed to walked at night until third floor to get some ice. The staff by front desk they don�t have enough information about companies for out side activities. I asked some question they did give me any information just thay said �sorry I don�t know, but can try to find by internet� and for me is not a good answer for that kind of Hotel. Easy to find when traveling in an unfamiliar place and close by are many restraunts, walmart and gas stations easy freeway access as well. The hotel staff at night was very friendly but disliked the unprofessional day staff. Also some of the rooms are in the main tower and others are located away from the main building wich can be an inconvienece. The room was nice and comfortable.
