The Victoria Regis is a great value for Iquitos Peru. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable for the area. The restaurant provided a good mix of american and locl cusine and again was not overly expensive. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Plaza De Armas and most downtown attractions. I have been to Iquitos before and not used the Victoria- next time I got I will stay there again!!! |

The Victoria Regia was comfortable without being overly expensive for Iquitos. The staff was very helpful and friendly, even though I speak very little Spanish. The room was fine and in decent condition. Not fancy by USA standards, but nice for this area. My AC worked very well. The breakfast is very minimal, and certainly not the best I had in Peru, but better than nothing. I stayed here two nights, separated by one week, and in two different rooms. Both were equivalent. Iquitos, like |
