The Shilo Inn overall ok. The service at the front desk was courteous and friendly. I expected more for the price. Room was very small, yet clean. Restaurant and amneties were ok.

Shilo Inn Richland is an older building that looks like it was poorly renovated. The staff was very friendly and competent, but the overall fit and finish of the place was lacking. The location was very convenient - right in the middle of Richland, so close to everything, including I-182.

the shilo was comfortable and cool to come back to after spending the entire day at the Washington State Track Meet. The pool was cooling and the food excellent.

The accomodations were very nice, large room, wet bar and high speed internet. The surrounding grounds were very nicely kept and pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was a buffet style and again, the staff was very nice. We enjoyed the room and pool/hot tub after my golf tournament, which is why we were in the Richland area.
