The room at the Clarion on the Ocean in Kill Devil Hills did not seem well maintained. One of the prongs on the table lamp cord was broke off; it was found protruding from another outlet. The door to the balcony had a broken lock, the windows were dirty. A replacement lamp was requested but not provided. Restaraunt hours were limited. The price was disproportionately high compared with the size of the room. The elevator was very slow. No person in a wheelchair could have managed to get up
