Although there was better rooms available we had to fight for it and call you if we can relocated to another hotel in the area, and after this attemt was they moved us to better room, there was no elevators to second floor and we had to pull our stuff to there with great dificulty(I am 63 years old, I could get heart attack), however day maneger was very kind for us and facilitated rest of our stay.

There was no noise oridnance. The room next to us and two down were very loud until after midnight. We could hear everything outside so not very well insulated. The outside grille was fun, friendly and clean. The inside restaraunt was clean and ok. Our room was always clean. It would be nice if you had directions already made up of where the recreation and hot spots are for the visitors.

With every light on in the room, it was still dark and dreary. The A/C ran constantly but everything was damp--bedding, our clothes, etc. Damp bathing suits were hung up and after 2 days were still wet. Now I know why people hung their beach stuff outside. Could have used a little more space for hanging clothes. The hotel is remodeling so hopefully these rooms will be updated. The pool water was warmer than bath water with mold/mildew around the sides. There was one huge umbrella poolside.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. Everything was close to the room, and the rooms were clean and well kept. Especially for a hotel directly on the east coast of Florda....the property was kept nice also.
