The room had ants in it, the general upkeep of the motel was poor, and there were twenty plus cats that roamed the parking lot and dumpster areas. The clerk checking me in acted as if he was doing me a favor. I have stayed in a lot better places for a lot less money.

The La Quinta was a very clean, comfortable, quiet hotel within a short distance of the center of Cocoa Beach. It appears to have undergone a recent moderate upgrade which involved replacing everything not attached to the walls. The friendly, efficient staff helps make this a bargain as a moderately priced hotel.

Clean nice and large pool

We got right in to our room with early check in. Breakfast was great and the eating area is very nice. We only stayed 2 nights but I would stay there again before going on a cruise. The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable were the hard beds; great if you need that for your back and we are spoiled as we do have "sleep comfort" beds at home. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice Experiance

All in al it was a nice experiance, the Hotel was clean and quiet. Pool looked nice and the courtyard was well maintained. Very nice to have dinning so close. My only problem was the bed, I found the bed to be very, very firm and since I have a few back problems it was uncomfortable. I would have given the experiance a 10 had it not been for the bed.
