The Ramada Cocoa Beach Area is located off of I-95 and exit 201 or 202 with easy access to all of the Cocoa Beach Area. The Ramada Cocoa Beach Area is 12 miles from the beaches and 15 miles from Kennedy Space Center/NASA. Other attractions near the Ramada Cocoa Beach Area include Astronaut Hall of Fame, Port Canaveral Cruise Port and Cocoa Village all within a 20 minute drive of our hotel. This is by far the worst thing ive ever seen.. first of all we checked in, went out to the beach and we were dog tired at that point came back to the hotel and were about to goto sleep. friend came out of the bathroom there and said I wouldnt take a shower in there without sandles on, and he killed some kind of bug. And that got me thinking so i took the sheets off the bed and looked seen bugs crawling around in the bed no one believed me then i made them look closer. sure enough we checked out

The Ramada needs a complete make over. The first room we check into the ac was not working.The shower was a distaster tiles were ready to come of the wall. when you turned the shower on only half of the watercame out the shower head the rest went out the faucet.We requested another room with working ac. In the second room the ceiling in the shower had water damage the shower walls had about half inch caulking all around the edges. The vanity are ned of replacing. The carpet is old needs replacin

the hotel was located off the interstate in a densly lighted, unsecure area.We checked in right around dusk and the room they gave us had NO phone, and the TV had bad reception and 4 stations wich we could barely see, since we had no phone my husband had to walk to the office to tell them of this, they gave us another room, after we moved all our stuff alone (mu hubbys handicapped)we came to find the hot water handle was stripped out and did not work, again no phone in the room for the 2nd time

when we got there the fridge was broke and the room was hot cause the air wasnt working up to par... so we changed rooms but through out the night the air in the new room leaked and the floor from the airconditioner under the bed was soaked .. just didnt have a very good stay.. and we stayed 2 nights ugh

Very close to I 95 and Cocoa Beach. Nice pool and pond. Very clean. Friendly people. Good continental breakfast. Clean rooms and plenty of parking.

The hotel was fine for the price, but needs some upkeep. Stairs were cracked and paint severely chipped. The room was clean, though, and would just be much better if some updates were made.
