The Holiday Inn sunspree Resort Jamaica Bay was the most horrible experience of my life, minus the person I was with. The front desk was rude and took forever. Worst yet, the maid stole our camera and the list goes on. I will NEVER EVER stay there again. In addition, it is NOT a good place for adults because it is WAY TOO kid friendly. Other than that, I loved Jamaica, just not the resort.

Our check in took almost an hour, they would not tell us what the problem was. The all inclusive dining accomadations was terrible. The room was dirty and moldy. It was tile and the grout was very dirty/moldy. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. The air condition did not work well. The bathroom was so small you had to step to one side to close the door. The door knob going into the room was broken, all you had to do was pull on it and it came off. I was very disatified. I would never r

The room was very dirty and smelled bad to be a non smoking room the bathroom had ants in it and the tub was dirty. This was my first time in jamaica and it was terrible and the food was very nasty and the food area was not the cleanest place I ever seen before. This was just the worst expierence ever. Iwill never book there again and I will never tell anybody anything good about this hotel. The kids were very noisy the hot water runs out and I came here for a RELAXING VACATION but that I did no

The Holiday Inn Sunspree in Montego Bay,Jamaica has numerous activities for the entire family. My son enjoyed tennis, miniature golf and the playground which is even accessible at night. For adults who would like to explore the island without the children, the kids club will keep your children happy and occupied.

Housekeeping was bad @ remembering towels. Not to mention the beds were the most unconfortable beds we have ever slept in. Activities were enjoyable on their schedule not ours. The Dish TV was great when the stations came in.
