The money exchange office is only open part-time Mon-Fri. Hotel Registration does not exchange. Couple this with the following: The hotel restaurant does not take credit cards and one cannot charge to their room... cash only... wow! However, the food and prices are good. |

The location is great,there is a metro station a few blocks away. There was some noise from the trains.The room was clean,but the shower was hard to turn on.Overall the bathroom was very clean. The refrigerator was nice and there was a nice clock on the wall that was convenient for telling the time. They have a internet cafe and business meeting center and also they have maps and guides to Moscow at the front desk. The staff speaks good english and overall I was satisfied with this hotel |
