Great location
The location was great, the staff friendly and the room clean. My only discomfort was with the size of the room, the elevator and the halls..... very narrow! I have stayed in several hotels in NYC but this one gives new meaning to a tight squeeze

Excellent Location
This is extremely convenient to the Times Square/theater district and also Grand Central Station. The accomodations were small relative to chain hotels but the ammenities for the business traveller were excellent. I especially liked the security since only room keys operated the elevator. Finally, the staff accomodated my requests for ice and extra pillows within 10 minutes of my call. I would stay at this location again.

My review of Club Quarters Midtown
no one to help with your bags to get into hotel. with a four star you should have help. also the room was from ac to heat and i became sick and had to cancel my trip a day earlier and had to pay for it also by having to go to hospital in a city where i did not know anyone. this hotel probably caterers to their members not anyone else. very bad customer service, wanted me to hold on my cell phone to contact hotel, i contacted them 4 times while on vacation, also ny pass is a joke place said for

Club Quarters Midtown was fine...location was good , however the block that it is located on is not great...Room was fine...not particularly clean when i checked in, however, they did a good job cleaning it for day 2. Staff was very nice and very helpful...For money spent - overall good value for NYC
