personal touch
The room is somewhat comfortable, clean bathroom. The room was kind of small, and has no window, like a insided cabin when you take a cruise, may be because I only paid for a standard room rate. The hotel staff were very friendly, breakfast was pretty good. Hotel location is in the downtown area, a little old and rundown. Overall, it worth what you paid for.

Very Family friendly
Blankets undercover sheets torn.Signs of wear and tear. Bathroom toilet bowl signs of rust drippings. Warm water not always available. I guess for Panamanian standards satisfying. Servants were very friendly.

Good Staff but poor Fabric
I was very impressed by the excellent shuttle service from the Airport and the friendly welcome and helpfulness of the check-in staff. However, I was very disappointed by the rooms etc which were shabby and not what one expects in 2007. For example, the Queen Room I had had holes in the curtains! There was a general air of neglect, which I found surprising in view of the cordial welcome given to me by the staff. The Breakfast Room seemed to belong to a far superior Hotel.
