The drive from Cairns to Port Douglas is just an hour's drive north via one of the most spectacular coastal roads that you are ever likely to see. To the right is the crystal blue of a very special part of the Coral Sea and to the left the green of the tropical rainforests. It is a place where you cannot help but to feel relaxed and have an urge to stop the car to be a part of nature. This is the only place on Earth where two World heritage listed jewels exist: the Great Barrier Reef and the rainforest of the Daintree and Cape Tribulation. There is so much to see and do.
