Hotel Facilities

This hotel is ideally located for the Crystal Palace facilities (which is not just a leading competition venue for both international and domestic events but it is also a training centre for national squads, clubs and schools and a thriving local leisure facility). The hotel is located within easy reach of central London and represents very good value for money. The hotel also features 8 conference and meeting rooms catering from 6 to 600 and providing up to the minute service and facilities in an elegant atmosphere. (1107RP) It is a magnificent Victorian building with a white facade. The building was recently extended and now features a newer wing. Situated in a peaceful street, minutes from Crystal Palace railway station and within 15 minutes of central London by train (direct train to Victoria station and London Bridge).

The rooms are small and cramped. While the town is nice and homelly, it is too far from Central London. The cab fare from the airport was $80.00 both ways. I would never stay there again.. Never Again!!!

The rooms need to be more clean with the changing of towels and sheets daily rather than every 3rd day. The tv was very tiny with only 3 channels. Breakfast wasnt very good it was the same every day.

The check-in was ok, they could not give us a smoke free room. It was far from the train so it cost us 6 pounds to get to the train by taxi, a 20 minute walk, very hilly. Then it cost 10 pounds each for a 1 hour train ride into london. The beds were lousy, the tv had 1 station. The breakfast was lousy also. i would not recommend this to anyone......

The Queens Hotel was clean. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. It was located close to public transportation which is a must since this is the best way to get around London. It was a very good value and I would recommend it to a friend.

The Queens in London was very clean, but behind in amenities. Staff was polite but not the friendliest. We arrived several hours before check-in, so we got what was available. The room number on door was marked with masking tape and the room seemed like it was for the help, but after asking for a upgrade we were quikly given a bigger , better room at no extra cost. The breakfast left alot to be desired, so I would not rely on it. On a good note, the location was great. About 20 minutes outside d
