We arrived at 5:30 PM on a Friday night. We immediately went to our room. We could not believe our eyes when we opened the door to our room - the room was strewn with plastic bags, the garbage cans were filled, and the bed was unmade. I immediately went to the front desk to tell them that the room was not ready. They told me to wait while they located the maids and cleaned the room. Nice, clean, a slight upgrade from what you would normally expect from a Holiday Inn Express, but the rates are slightly higher than most Holiday Inn Express locations also. Room service from a local steakhouse and perks upon check in for rewards members are nice touches. |

The room was fine - air conditioner was extremely noisy (like a mac truck in the room with you). The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. |

WE ARRIVED AND WERE HAPPY TO LOCATE THE IRON AND IRON BOARD IN THE CLOSET AS OUR CLOTHING NEED PRESSING. LOVED THE STEAK HOUSE JUST DOWN THE STREET FOR GOOD FOOD. LEFT AFTER A QUIT AND GOOD NITE SLEEP. |

The Holiday Inn Express impressed me as very clean and all the staff appeared very friendly and ready to accomodate one. There was a fabulous continental breakfast, which was in my opinion alot more than a continental breakfast - very nice. It was in a nice location, near a nice steak house restaurant or fast food and a Starbucks Coffee. There was a shopping center across the street. It had easy access from the freeway. I would gladly stay there again. |

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Santa Rosa was wonderful. They had a great hot/cold buffet from 6am to 10am (that was nice, you could sleep in a little and not miss breakfast). All the amenities were great. The only thing I wish were different was a hot tub. It was the first week of October and slightly chilly some days and although the pool was heated to 85 degrees it was still a little chilly and a hot tub would have been perfect. |
