Desk personnel were surly, at best. Not only to me but to my daughter to called in to check on our arrival. Saw at least 3 different people at desk - not one friendly face, no greetings in the lobby. Plastic tables around the pool were scattered all around, legs pulled off. Exhaust fan in bathroom clogged with dust. |
