Poor Customer Service
The Bilmar Resort Hotel was satisfactory. The bathroom could have been a cleaner. The only real negative was the staff who checked me in. She was rude and dismissive. She was also the person who checked me out. She tried to charge me almost $8.00 for use of the room safe which I did not use. When I objected to the charge, twice, another staff person told her to take the charge off. I wonder how many people they bilk for services never used. The beds were comfortable, not hard, like ma

nice getaway

A Place to Sleep
The Bilmar was less than I expected from a resort. The rooms were okay however the bathroom could have been cleaner. The breakfast buffet was less than desirable with cold food and drinks served by security. On a positive note the staff was very friendly & courteous.

Great fun
The Bilmar was a lot of fun. The staff was friendly. We could have spent all of our vacation right on the property! They had everything we needed.

I liked the hotel and would probably stay there again. It was within walking distance to restaurants, shops and a pharmacy.
