OverviewExcellent new property in an ideal location. The environment is definitely the one of a superior category hotel. This is an historical building which has preserved some of its original features like the typical Venetian floors. CQ 05/08 Typical Venetian building overlooking a minor canal. Hotel is located very close to the Famous Fenice Theatre and just a couple of minutes walk from San Mark's Square. Despite being so close to Calle XXII Marzo, with its exclusive shops and restaurants, it is nested in a quiet side street that runs along a small pictoresque canal.The closest public boat stop is Vallaresso, then there is a short walk before getting to the hotel. There is also a private dock, right at the hotel, for watertaxi landings. Amenities
