Typical no frills room with a very small bath. Luckily, we were there only to sleep. Location was OK, but since West Yellowstone is so small, all motels in town have a similar location.

All the lodging in this area is rather pricey in the summer, but the Best Western- Cross Winds seemed to be a decent value. Room was a nice size, fridge was helpful. Very small bathroom. The pool was a good warm temperature for the kids, rather small for the number of people, but decent. Continental breakfast was OK, although the area was too small. Small town, so easy to reach everything.

Our stay was pleasant, my only concern is that we were told there was wifi in all the rooms and that was not the case. Had to go into the lobby to check emails etc which was not comfortable.

We found this hotel to be very comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was lacking, however, it got us on our way.

My first time to West Yellowstone and very satisfied with this motel. Room was very clean, beds were excellent shape and comfortable. Amenities such as refrigerator, microwave, extra towels, etc were fine. While this motel appeared to be on one of the main streets, traffic and noise were no problem. The continental breakfast was adequate with cereals, danish pastry and hard boiled eggs and choices of breads. OK but not spectacular. The price of the motel was excellent for what I received. It
